Focusing particularly on the energy and heavy industry sectors, he began his entrepreneurial career in 2016 as a co-founder of Tekmont Endüstri. During his time with the company, he took an active role and assumed responsibilities in engineering, fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning activities for iron and steel plants, power plants, cement factories, oil refineries, and mining facilities.

During his tenure in the management of Tekmont Endüstri, he played an active role in the execution of various projects for leading companies operating in Türkiye and internationally, including Erdemir, İsdemir, Tatmetal, POSCO Assan, Patent Mühendislik, Tezcan Galvaniz, and Rönesans. In 2021, he transferred all of his shares in the company to his business partner, İsmail SEVİMLİ, and withdrew from the Tekmont Endüstri partnership.

He subsequently continued his professional career as Finance Manager at Fatih Çarşı, where he assumed responsibilities in financial and corporate management while maintaining his involvement and expertise in the energy and industrial sectors.

At different stages of his career, he had the opportunity to work alongside Hüseyin GENÇ, his long-standing professional colleague, on projects undertaken by major organizations such as Çalık Enerji, TÜPRAŞ, and ENKA. During this period, he assumed active roles and responsibilities in international projects across various countries, particularly Georgia, Turkmenistan, Libya, and Uzbekistan, gaining significant experience in field operations and project management.

Bringing together the technical expertise, international field experience, financial management capabilities, and industry knowledge accumulated over the years within a unified corporate structure, Fuat GENÇ and Hüseyin GENÇ founded GNC Power Mühendislik İnşaat ve Bakım A.Ş. in 2024.

With 14 years of industry experience, Fuat Genç continues his professional career at GNC Power alongside an experienced management and technical team with whom he has worked for many years. Drawing on his extensive experience and expertise across the Iron & Steel, Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemicals, Air Separation, Aviation, and Food industries, he contributes to the effective execution of engineering, fabrication, construction, installation, and commissioning processes for industrial facilities.

In international projects, he has played an active role in field execution and commissioning activities for natural gas storage facilities, simple and combined cycle power plants, high-voltage power transmission lines, gas turbine service and maintenance facilities, and refinery projects. He has gained extensive field experience in electrical, instrumentation, and control systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, protection systems, and electro-mechanical infrastructure.

Across projects of varying scales and disciplines, he has assumed responsibilities for the coordination of technical teams, field and project management, contractor and supplier relations, quality processes, and the effective implementation of occupational health and safety requirements. He has further strengthened his professional competencies by complementing his extensive international field experience with technical training programs attended in various countries.

Combining the analytical approach gained through his engineering background with his academic knowledge in business administration and extensive field experience, he has developed comprehensive professional expertise in technical management, operations, and business development.

Bringing together the engineering expertise, international field experience, project management capabilities, and technical competencies gained across various sectors over the years within a unified corporate structure, Hüseyin GENÇ and Fuat GENÇ founded GNC Power Mühendislik İnşaat ve Bakım A.Ş. in 2024. With the establishment of the company, they aimed to transform their extensive industry experience into a strong and sustainable corporate structure.

As Vice Chairman of the Board of GNC Power, Hüseyin GENÇ continues to play an active role in the company’s strategic management, business development, and operational structuring, contributing to its growth in national and international markets and to the development of long-term business partnerships.

Meral Genç began her professional career in the energy sector, joining Joule Energy in 2011. She served as Finance and Accounting Manager for more than five years, assuming active responsibilities in the management of finance, accounting, and financial processes, as well as budgeting, financial reporting, and financial planning, contributing to the effective management of the company’s financial operations.

In 2016, Meral Genç joined Tekmont as Finance and Accounting Manager. For approximately six years, she played an active role in managing the company’s finance and accounting processes, assuming responsibilities for financial operations, financial planning, budgeting and reporting, as well as the coordination of accounting processes and the effective management of financial operations.

During her tenure at Tekmont, she further developed her expertise in finance and accounting and gained extensive corporate experience in monitoring the company’s financial structure, coordinating financial processes, and managing accounting practices.

Throughout her professional career, she has strengthened her competencies by combining her experience in finance and accounting with her academic education and postgraduate studies in business administration. During this period, she assumed active roles and responsibilities in financial management, budgeting and reporting, accounting processes, financial planning, and the coordination of corporate operations, gaining comprehensive professional experience and a strong knowledge base.

In 2024, Meral GENÇ joined GNC Power Mühendislik İnşaat ve Bakım A.Ş. as Finance and Human Resources Manager, taking an active role in the management of the company’s finance, accounting, and human resources processes, as well as its corporate development initiatives.

With more than 15 years of professional experience, Meral Genç continues her career at GNC Power in the fields of financial management and human resources. Drawing on her extensive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting and reporting, and corporate management, she contributes to strengthening the company’s financial structure, effectively managing its financial processes, developing its human resources, and supporting a sustainable corporate structure.
